Many of us should remember when we were young and living near or hearing about a haunted house. As children we believed that ghost stories were real, but by the time we grow up we often consider ghosts to be as mythical as Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or the toothfariy. Most people have always been afraid of the unknown.  At times they had a paranormal incounter. Some did share their stories with others but most of them didnt say anything at all because they were worried that people would think they were crazy. Most people believe they are experienced in the paranormal and already know about the types of hauntings there are because of the paranormal TV shows. In theory like the residual haunting, it's like a video clip that repeats itself  over and over again. The Intelligent Haunting  is a spirit that have been known to communicate with humans and to interact with their environment. In this type of haunting there have been reports of spirits making noises such as growling, disembodied voices, rapping or banging on walls, slamming of doors, or making sounds of footsteps.  They have been known to move things around, or even to hide objects and they may even turn light switches on and off. People even notice the smell of sweet or foul odors. This could also be a poltergeist haunting another theory in this haunting is it's caused from  young girls stress starting into puberty or a middle aged woman going through her change of life. Some of the same signs of these types of hauntings could even be demonic. I have listened to stories for many years and have had plenty of experiences myself with the supernatural. As we were growing up we were told ghost were thought to be a myth. Today people still have paranormal experiences. Most claims are alot like what you would see on the paranormal TV shows, that a number of people are big fans of. These shows could even make you believe your house is haunted. That's called the power of suggestion. Paranormal shows are only entertainment. Most everything about the paranormal is in theory. Some claims are completely different from the shows on TV. At times there are unusual and unexplained things that happen around us. I have experienced and studied the paranormal for many years. I do believe spirits exist but there is no real solid evidence. Did you ever wonder if the reason things like ghost and legdends could exist is only because people believe in them.
